Imperial Room Remodeling Progress Update
We’re excited to share an update on the ongoing remodeling of our parish’s Imperial Room! The changes happening are transforming this beloved space into a more modern, functional, and welcoming hall for our community events.
Lighting Transformation
One of the most noticeable upgrades is the lighting system. We’ve completely revamped the electrical setup to support a new LED lighting system. A total of 35 2×4 LED panels have been installed, bathing the hall in bright, clean light. This upgrade alone has dramatically changed the atmosphere of the space, giving it a fresh, vibrant look. Additionally, the perimeter lights have also been replaced with LEDs, further enhancing the overall ambiance.
Another significant improvement is the new centralized control system. No more guessing which switches control which lights! All the lighting controls are now accessible from one location, making it simpler and more intuitive to set the perfect lighting for any occasion.
Ceiling Vents Refurbished
The ceiling vents, which had become quite dirty over time, have also been addressed. They’ve been refurbished and repainted, adding to the overall clean and refreshed look of the hall. We have also removed the smoke removing machine off the walls.

Upcoming Projects
There’s still more to come! In the next phase, we will be stripping and polishing the floors to make them look like new again. We also plan to clean and repaint the stage area, improve the sound system, and replace the broken projection screen. We will also work on the wall lights for ambient illumination. These updates will enhance not only the look but also the functionality of the room, making it an even better space for parish events.
We want to express our sincere gratitude to everyone who has contributed their time, input, and donations to make these renovations possible. Your generosity is helping us create a space that will serve the parish community for years to come.
Stay tuned for more updates, and feel free to check out the progress photos attached. We’re excited to see this project through to completion!
God bless,
Fr. Michal
