Recall the issues we faced with our malfunctioning entrance gate? Recently, our old gate experienced a complete failure; the chain snapped, certain support linkages gave way, rendering the gate inoperable for a period. This posed a significant security concern as all sensors, including the ground loop facilitating gate opening upon vehicle departure, were nonfunctional. The malfunctioning gate also encouraged unknown individuals to dispose of their waste in our dumpsters.
However, we’re pleased to inform you that this situation has been rectified! We’ve installed a state-of-the-art gate opener that meets our security and reliability requirements. The system is now automated, eliminating the need for manual gate operations during evening hours. A set of sensors ensures that, during the closing process, the gate no longer poses a threat to individuals or vehicles. Below, we’ve included some images to showcase our new gate opener.
